Mr. Hovanec's responsibilities cover many facets of the daily operations of Bayport Pipeline and includes the overall management of the business in general. He actively pursues marketing opportunities for both Bayport Pipeline and Rockbridge Engineering Group. He oversees all projects from a delivery and a profitability perspective, ensuring a quality project delivered on time and within budget.

Mr. Yeaw brings over thirty years of telecommunications experience including twenty years of outside plant engineering for Rochester Telephone and Southern Bell. He also was the SE Area Manager for Abraham Enterprises, Ft Myers, FL, an underground utility contractor. He received his BS in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY and pursued his graduate studies in Business Administration at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.

Most recently Mr. Yeaw was employed by TSS, a division of IBM, as the Cabling Program Manager for the National Project Management Group. He is a BICSI certified Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and has extensive inside and outside plant experience both in design and construction.

Mr. Yeaw's responsibilities include marketing, estimating and overall responsibility for the delivery of engineering services projects for Rockbridge Engineering Group.
